LR2 in conjunction with the Kalahari Book Club are proud to be publishing the first edition of the short story collection Treasure Trails by Cornish based author Simon Lake. Available to purchase from the merch section of our Bandcamp store from 7th May, 2021.

Treasure Trails is a collection of 14 published and previously unpublished short stories that capture pivotal moments in the lives of an assorted cast of loners, misfits amd outsiders. With settings as diverse as an Elvis convention in Glasgow, a snowbound bookstore in Montreal through to a populist uprising in Eastern Europe, these stories blend atmosphere, imagination and a strong sense of place.

Simon Lake is a writer and musician whose works with the bands The Goodbye Look and Autumn Country have produced a growing catalogue of homegrown literate indie pop music.
